This morning my hurting stomach actually woke me up at 5am. I laid in bed feeling like I was going to puke for the next hour. Then from 6 to 6:30 I actually was getting sick.
Hoping this is the peak of my nausea, and it will diminish from here. But probably not. At least I won't be gaining a bunch of weight my first trimester.
Ginger or Ginger sodas or Ginger tea is what I take when I have this issue.
