Who Eats Half a Can of Soup?

As I was heating up my lunch today, a can of this soup, I checked out the label, as I often do. I noticed that the servings per container was two. The can is only 14.5 oz, so that would mean someone is suppose the eat 7 oz for a serving. What? Who eats half a can of soup? Am I a little piggy, or does that seem like crazy?

So that was my random convo I had with myself today. Thought I would share.

  1. No one only eats 1/2 a can of soup. They do that so they hope you just scan it, see less calories and sodium, etc and take it that it means for the whole can. Kind of false advertising if you ask me! A 1/2 can would fill me up for 10 minutes and then I'd be hungry again! :)
