This makes me super happy because Memphis is not the best about promoting the great things that go on here. I can't tell you how often I hear about some great event, that I would have loved to attend, after the fact.
I'm excited for that blog too! Not that I ever do anything fun these days :) But maybe this will help push me to get out more. The thing at the Dixon, bring a blanket and have a little picnic thing...that sounded fun. And cheaper than most of the other events!
Oh, I just found out yesterday that ZOO BREW is on friday May 22 if you guys want to double date :)) its $20 to get in and inside they have live music from Snowglobe (one of my fav local bands) and over 100 beers to sample...should be fun.. I love zoo events at night :))
Boo, why a Friday night? I can't ever do anything on Friday nights because I won't show up for work Saturday morning. I actually had considered switching my schedule to every other Saturday this summer though.
